Srijit Mukherji is a national award winning Indian director and screenplay writer who predominantly works in Bengali Cinema.His first feature film Auttograph (2010), was a critical and commercial success, where he had written the script with superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee in mind. Autograph won 41 awards and was an official selection at Abu Dhabi International Film Festival 2010, MIAAC Film Festival in New York 2010, Glasgow International Film Festival 2011 and London Indian Film Festival 2011.His film ‘JAATISHWAR’ won four national awards at India’s 61st National Film Awards in 2014.Another film ‘CHOTUSHKONE’ won National Film Award for ‘Best Director’ and ‘Best Original Screenplay’ at India’s 62nd National Film Award in 2014. In 2018 ‘EK JE CHHILO RAJA’ won ‘The Best Bengali Film’ award at India’s National Film Awards in 2018.

Veteran actor Biplab Das Gupta needs no introduction. He has been working as an actor for over two decades now. Not only in films, he has been simultaaneously working for television as well as theatre. His debut film was ‘SHADOWS OF TIME’ in 2004. He is best known for his roles in ‘DEBOTAAR GRASH’ alongside Soumitra Chattopadhyay and Naseeruddhin Shah, ‘FELUDA’, ‘BAISHE SHRABON’, ‘89’, ‘GUMNAAMI’ etc. He has been part of popular mega serials like ‘KUASHA JOKHON’, RAAGE ANURAAGE’,’SOKHI’, ‘NETAJI’,’CHECKMATE’ etc. He is also a celebrated elocutionist and having an extensive knowledge about literature, theatre and Indian cinema.

Winner of numerous national and international awards, the great Indian filmmaker Atanu Ghosh’s works reflect an urge for exploring unique complexitiess of human behaviour pitted against the backdrop of rapidly changing society. He has directed some 23 telefilms. He has also worked as scriptwriter and editor for many eminent directors. Also, he has directed over 30 documentary and corporate films for many reputed organisations. He received the Doordarshan National Award for Best Children’s telefilm Aar ekBampi in 2002. Another telefilm, Akashchhoan, was selected for the 10th International Kolkata Film Festival, 2004. Sumitra Online was selected for the Telesamman Award for the Best Telefilm of 2005, and Asamapto for Best Direction in 2006.
MeghBrishtiRodh fetched him the coveted RAPA Award for Best screenplay. He was awarded the prestigious Shyamal Sen SmritiSamman in 2008.
His debut feature film, AngshumanerChhobi (2009) was selected in the Indian Panorama of the International Film Festival of India (2009) as well as in Competitive Section, was awarded the prestigious Aravindan Puraskaram for the Best debut film of 2009, the LankeshChitraPrashasti (Karnataka State Award for India’s Best Debut Director ) Bengal Film Journalist Award as well as Audience Award (Rainbow Film Festival, London) besides 13 other national and international awards. His second film TakhanTeish(2011) was screened at film festivals in Shanghai, Osaka and other places. His third film RupkathaNoy was nominated for the FIPRESCI Award for Best Indian Film 2013, was officially selected in many film festivals including Shanghai International Film Festival,Dhaka International Film Festival and many others. It also received four Filmfare Awards. His fourth film, EkPhaaliRodh (2014), had its World Premiere at Shanghai International Film Festival in June 2014.
He received a National Film Award in the Best Film category for his 2018 movie Mayurakshi. It also received four Filmfare Awards Mayurakshi was awarded the prestigious ChitraBharathi for the Best Indian Cinema Award of 2018,the WBFJA (West Bengal Film Journalists’ Association) besides 3 international nominations
Tuhinaa Pandey is renowned a model, groomer and fashion choreographer. Her passion to be fashionable drove her into the world of glamour and modelling during her early college days and she went on to participate in various beauty pageants and ventured into acting as well. But being an engineer academically, she started her career as a corporate woman and then concentrated in looking after the entire administration of a performing arts institute for fourteen long years. Arna Mukhopadhyay is an Indian film and stage actor, director and playwrith. His fatherShib Mukhopadhyay is the artistic director of ‘Natadha’, one off the oldest theatre groups in Kolkata. Arna Mukhopadhyay is the successor of the group and he performs as well as directs several plays on stage. He has directed ‘Athhoi’, a Bengali rendition of Shakespeare’s Othello, ‘And Mahabharat-2’, a modern interpretation of the UdyogaPawrbo of Mahabharat which garnered much appreciation from the audience. He also directed plays like ‘Shey Maya Kanon’, ‘Bohuboli’, ‘Bishkaal’, ‘Eka Tughlaq’, ‘Caesar o Cleopatra’ etc. for Natadha and ‘AleekBabu’ for Anya Theatre. He directed several children’s theatre productions in more than 20 schools of Kolkata and its suburbs. He has been training the youths of the city and suburbs in the art of acting and theatre in Natadha, Nandikar, and several other institutions. He is the faculty of theatre GTFTI and Natadha School of Performing Arts and former faculty at Padatik, Shishu Kishore Akademi etc. In 2018 he appeared in the films Kabir’ and ‘Hoichoi Unlimited’ directed by Aniket Chattopadhyay. Sir Hiran Mitra is known for hissignificant contribution to the visual stimulus in eastern Indian films, television, theatreand literature since 1980.. He is also known to have defined a benchmark for book cover design for contemporary Bengali literature.His paintings are statements on the human condition and the twilight zones of reality and time. Bold brush strokes, layered washes and sprays, and unconventional use of acrylic and industrial paints characterize his paintings. He is part of the Open Window Artist group and has been part of the Painters 80 Artist group in Kolkata. He is one of the founder-members of the film magazine SILHOUETTE and its current editor as well. He has authored several books on Indian cinema, published by reputed publishing house like Harper Collins. He has been a widely acclaimed author of books on Indian cinema and literature and is considered an authority on Mrinal Sen. Debarya Banerjee is a senior director and producer working with renowned satellite channels, production houses and film units. During early 90s after finishing his film studies Debarya Banerjee started his career under SubrataMitra who was a close associate of Satyajit Ray. He worked behind the camera in around ten films. Then he joined Rainbow Productions as a director. He directed the much talked about show ‘Mukhomukhi’ for Doordarshan. He was also the director of the popular show ‘Bandemonium’ for Tara Muzic and ‘Bandstand’ for Ne Bangla channels. Rajib Gupta is a renowned voice artiste, elocutionist, public speaker, director of documentary films and short films (for the Indian Government and the corporate sector), writer, playwright, lyricist, textile designer, illustrator, cartoonist, teacher, lecturer, and a cultural-revivalist. He is the grandson of legendary music maestro Pankaj Mullick.Mullick. In 2005, Rajib Gupta and his wife Jhinuk Gupta founded the non-profit organizationPANKAJ MULLICK MUSIC AND ART FOUNDATION. Although the organization was initially dedicated solely to the preservation and promotion of the myriad works of Pankaj Mullick, it has since 2010 diversified into reviving and propagating the cultural heritage of Bengal as well. Pranam Roy is one of the leading anchors of Kolkata who has been ruling since 2000.He has anchored numerous events for renowned corporates, schools annd colleges. He has also conducted many quizzes, antaksharis etc. He has been training people who want to make it big in the industry as anchors since 2007.
SanchitaKushary Bose is a veteran model coordinator from the city of joy, Kolkata. She started her journey by organising a musical programme and a fasshion show for her college with the help of eminent fashion photographer Sanat Ghosh at the poolside of Hotel Hindustan International with twenty models in the year 1994 and thus she gave birth to her brainchild ‘The Dream Merchants’, a single stop place for models in the country with an impressive list right from a Miss India to a Ford Super Model and a Glad Rags Mega Model.
Since then‘The Dream Merchant’ has been expanding its horizons to include product launches for corporate firms, event management, choreography and running a grooming school for models other than the modelling agency it already runs. They also coordinated the casting of a Vidhu Binod Chopra film and did a shoot with Aditi Govitrikar for P.C. Chandra Jewellers of Kolkata. From Celina Jaitley, Bipasha Basu to Koena Mitra, Piyu Sarkar and Rimi Sen, they all owe their grooming and their discovery in some way or the other to ‘The Dream Merchants’. Today Ms Bose holds a monopoly over models, modelling, fashion shows, model hunts, beauty contests etc. and her company has branches in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Dhaka. She is also the editor of ‘Daamini’, an online magazine about fashion trends, food reviews, entertainment news and lifestyle trends. Kamaleshwar Mukherjee is a prominent name in the Bengali film industry.He was in medical profession and transitioned from it first to group theatre,thhen to the advertising world and then to film making. After working as an advertisement film maker, he wrote dialogues, screenplays and songs for the film ‘Natobar Not Out’ in the year 2010. His directorial debut, the well-acclaimed film ‘Uro Chithi’ was released in 2011. His next venture was ‘Meghe Dhaka Tara’, inspired by the life and works of Bengali filmmaker, Ritwik Ghatak. ‘Meghe Dhaka Tara’ was a critically acclaimed film in the Bengali film circuit, and it won the International Film Festival of India Centenary award.
His next film was ‘Chander Pahar’ (2013), based on a novel by Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay. Then he made the film ‘Khawto’. In 2017, he wrote and directed ‘Amazon Obhijaan’, (the sequel to Chander Pahar) – that was the costliest Bengali film ever made and is till date the biggest blockbuster in Bengali film history. Some of his notable films are ‘Cockpit’, ‘Good Night City’, ‘Mukhomukhi’, ‘Password’ etc. As an actor, he has performed in a lot of films. He is also a playwright, director, and founder member of the Kolkata‐based theatre group Shailushik. He is also trained in photography and computer graphics.
Goutom Nag is a veteran sound designer and SFX artist who has been predominantly working with BBC, National Geography, History Channel, etc. He is an exx probationary engineer of AkashBani and he has been trained at the Advanced Radio Broadcasting Technology Institute of India, New Delhi. He also received his professional audio-video recording license from F.C.T.W.E.I and the Indian Association of Sound Engineers. He has worked with major filmmakers like Gautam Ghosh, AnjanDutt, Atanu Ghosh, Kamaleshwar Mukherjee, Anik Dutta, AmolPalekar, ShreeramRaghaban, Prakash Jhaetc.He has worked in more than 100 telefilms, 40 feature films,100 documentaries, and more than 200 commercials.

Suavo Mukherjee is a cinematographer and writer who has been associated with various commercial and academic projects in national and international leevels for multinational brands. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Motion Picture Photography for Film and Television from Satyajit Roy Film & Television Institute. He was a guest faculty of Photography in National Institute of Fashion Technology, Kolkata. He also worked as a scriptwriter for Star India Pvt. Ltd. He worked for Star Jalsa and was associated with shows which performed well in both the old and new TRP standards in urban as well as rural sector.
Photography isn’t child’s play. The digital age of filters and photoshop can never replace the vision and perfection of an ace photographer. Photography is an art and Indranil Mukherjee is an artist. His frames have that masterstroke that creates the difference between the ordinary and the perfect. Indranil Mukherjee has been a professional photographer for the last two decades. He has worked and travelled extensively with the likes of Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Kiran Uttam Ghosh, and Dev r Nil to name just a few. Advertising has been an arena to express and he continues to work for agencies of international and national repute across India and Bangladesh.
